Attending customer queries over Phone/ Mail- Cold calling and lead generation
- Follow up with Customers for Billing, Dispatch and Payments
- Preparing Quotations, Draft Letters and maintaining Documentation
- Point of Contact for Daily Invoicing, Billing, Dispatch and payment dues.
- Maintaining good rapport with customers
Pay:
₹25, ₹28,000.00 per month
