Customer service
- Monitoring end to end shipping process till the delivery to ensure timely completion of process
- Sending quote to the clients and follow up for pickup
- Coordinating with various departments during every process
- Handling escalations from clients
- Sending reports to the reporting manager
Salary:
₹25, ₹40,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Hyderabad, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
Education:
- Bachelor's (preferred)
Experience:
- total work: 2 years (preferred)
- Customer service: 4 years (preferred)
