Marketing Executive - Calicut, India - brand swamy
Description
Responsibilities:
- Develop Marketing Strategies: Collaborate with the marketing team and hospital management to develop comprehensive marketing strategies aimed at promoting eye care services and increasing patient engagement.
- Content Creation: Create engaging content, including blog posts, articles, and visual assets, to educate and inform patients about eye health topics and hospital services.
- Brand Management: Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials and channels, ensuring adherence to the hospital's brand guidelines and messaging.
- Event Planning: Coordinate promotional events, workshops, and seminars to raise awareness about eye health issues and showcase the hospital's expertise and services.
- Market Research: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential areas for growth in the eye care market.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including patients, healthcare professionals, referring physicians, and community organizations, to drive patient referrals and partnerships.
- Advertising Campaigns: Plan and execute advertising campaigns through print, radio, television, and other media channels to reach target demographics and increase brand awareness.
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor the performance of marketing campaigns, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and generate reports to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing efforts and make datadriven decisions.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and ethical guidelines governing marketing practices in the healthcare industry.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in marketing roles within the eye hospital or healthcare industry is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, techniques, and tools, with a focus on healthcare marketing.
- Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills.
- Creative thinking and problemsolving abilities.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
Salary:
₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
