Description

We're looking for a Video Editor who can-

Perform a full range of editing works from splicing, sound balancing and color grading
Review the script to better understand the video production requirements
Edit raw footage content and cut video sequences to ensure that concepts are translated effectively
Ability to do Motion Graphics to support storytelling would be an added advantage
Review all edited videos to identify any issues and recommend changes as required
Organize and manage all audio and video assets to ensure a smooth workflow
Utilize industry best practices and familiarity with the organization's mission to inspire ideas and content
Follow a calendar, collaborating with other members of the content production team to ensure timely delivery of outputs
Develop related content for multiple platforms, such as the business apps, social media, eblogs, and marketing
Monitor and analyze the performance of key performance indicators (KPIs) to offer suggestions for improvement
Thrive in a fastpaced, collaborative environment with a highvolume workload often requiring short turnaround times
Continually raise the bar on creativity, bringing new styles of editing that connect with the desired audience and drive action
Comfortably vary pace, style, and other characteristics demanded by the industry, company, or target audience at hand
Maintain uptodate knowledge of communication and clientrelated industry trends

Bachelor's degree in film editing, visual communication or equivalent professional experience.
12 years of experience demonstrated in a professional portfolio.
Strong interpersonal skills and willingness to communicate with clients, colleagues, and management
Creative experience in filmmaking and videography.
Proficient in creating concept boards and other visual representations of planned edits for video project
Ability to work on multiple projects with different objectives simultaneously
Good time management skills, including prioritizing, scheduling, and adapting as necessary
Proficiency with Adobe suite softwares like Premiere pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Etc.,
Ability to give attention to details, acknowledge feedback and manifest it constructively.
Ability to work in a fast paced and challenging environment of a startup.
