Corporate Lawyer and Patent Associate

Responsibilities:

Corporate Law:

Advise clients on a wide range of corporate legal matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, compliance, and contractual agreements.
Conduct due diligence and assess legal implications of corporate transactions.
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
Provide strategic legal guidance to internal stakeholders and clients.

Intellectual Property/Patent Law:

Manage patent portfolios and provide strategic advice on intellectual property matters.
Conduct patentability and infringement assessments.
Handle intellectual property litigation and dispute resolution when necessary.

Collaboration and Communication:

Work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams, including legal, R&D, and business development, to achieve organizational goals.
Communicate effectively with clients, providing clear and concise legal advice.
Stay abreast of legal developments, industry trends, and changes in patent law.

Qualifications:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
Admission to the bar in the relevant jurisdiction.
Minimum of [5] years of experience in corporate law and patent law.
Proven track record of successfully managing corporate transactions and patent-related matters.
Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Salary:
₹23, ₹30,000.00 per month
