Handle customer inquiries, and ensure a positive customer experience.
Conduct follow-up calls to nurture customer relationships and gather feedback.
Accurately input customer information and interactions into the database.
Collaborate with the sales and support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Proficient in data entry with high accuracy and attention to detail.
Requirements:
Strong communication skills with a friendly and empathetic approach.
Proven experience in customer service or a related role.
Proficiency in speaking Malayalam.
Salary:
₹10, ₹12,000.00 per month
