Timehub is looking for a strong Principal Product Manager, Tech to drive product strategy and launch best-in-class Time and Attendance solutions to our customers, worldwide.

Key job responsibilities
Key Responsibilities

Create product strategy and roadmaps for the countries owned.
Deep dive customer needs and pain points in relation to Time needs and identify right solutions.
Gather Business Requirements and partner with Technology Teams to deliver customer solutions for Time related needs.
Partner with customer and stakeholders to simplify policies through standardization.
Own the postlaunch maintenance and performance tracking of products launched; create scorecards related to the product areas owned.
Own teamlevel business review documents; vison documents (PRFAQs)
Collaborate with cross platform products for integrations and identifying dependencies.
Partnering with software development, design and key partner teams to deliver on product vision and roadmap.
Establishing goals and reviewing metrics to identify opportunities and deliver success.
