Description

To meet and greet patients in a friendly and courteous manner& resolve their queries with respect to Doctors OPD timing & specialization/ Consultant visits/admission queries etc.


  • Providing support and guidance to patients during their visit in hospital.
  • Ensure proper documentation is maintained about each patient's progress in treatment, including details about sessions with counselors and therapists and any additional services provided to patients by the facility by the coordinators supporting doctors.
  • Coordinating with OPD/Front reception/ Casualty for Doctors schedule & day to day changes in OPD.
  • Coordination with the Doctors & Front Reception for day to day updates about OPD.
  • Checking data of casualty.
  • Analysis of LAMA cases.
  • Taking round in ICU to check the patient care is done properly.
  • Analysis on the TAT of admission from casualty.

Pay:
₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
