Responsibilities:

Guide prospective students through the enrollment process and assist them in selecting appropriate digital marketing courses.
Conduct informational sessions and consultations to educate individuals about our educational programs, curriculum, and career opportunities in digital marketing.
Provide personalized counseling to students, addressing their academic goals, interests, and concerns.
Assist students in understanding course requirements, learning outcomes, and program benefits.
Answer inquiries from students and parents regarding admissions, course details, fees, and scholarship opportunities.
Maintain accurate records of student interactions and counseling sessions using CRM software.
Collaborate with the admissions team to ensure a smooth enrollment process for students.
Stay updated on industry trends and developments in digital marketing education.

Requirements:

(We are seeking applicants who are comfortable with salary range provided)

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Education, Psychology, or related field.
Previous experience in education counseling, student advising, or customer service role is preferred.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
Empathetic approach towards understanding students' needs and aspirations.
Knowledge of digital marketing concepts and trends is advantageous.
Proficiency in using CRM systems and other relevant software.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
