**Role:
- ** Site Administrator

Can manage Team of 5+ size

Should be able to work in 24*7 Shift

Thorough knowledge on Windows 10 and above Operating system / MS windows Server 2012 and above

Good knowledge on configuration and troubleshoot Mocrosoft Office O365 related issues
Troubleshoot and fix hardware related issues

Good knowldege for troubleshooting LAN related issues


Roles & Responsibilities
Vendor ManagementProvide timely communication on issue status and resolution.

Maintain ticket updates for all reported incidents.

Use diagnostic tools to troubleshoot problems associated with network connectivity, and workstation hardware/software.

Broad experience of IT with thourogh understanding of Networks, Servers, Audio/Visual, Smart Devices and Telecoms.

This position requires the ability to work in a project-based environment requiring flexibility and teamwork. Performs other duties as assigned


Additional Requirement:

Prefered to have Knowledge/certificate on CCNA or equivanent / MCP or MCSA
Knowledge/Certificate on ITIL V3 and above


Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Pay:
₹800, ₹1,000,000.00 per year
