Sales Ops Executive Job Description:


  • Assisting the sales team / representatives by sending leads, managing the transaction process, creating contracts, getting potential leads and providing training.
  • MIS Reporting Activities
  • Coordination with Data Vendors to Ensure Correct Data is shared with the Sales Team
  • Ensuring CRM updates and availability for Sales teams
  • Build reporting dashboards and drive analysis to increase the performance visibility to the business owners. Synthesize complex data into easily understood and compelling management reports and performance dashboards
  • Providing the sales team with any necessary materials, tools and reports so they can hit the targets consistently.
  • In charge of keeping the sales team accountable by reporting on sales and campaign outcomes.
  • Responsible for deciding and assigning sales briefs to each salesperson.

Requirement:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management or equivalent
  • Typically 24 years experience in Same Field
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Strong listening and presentation skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively

Salary:
Up to ₹400,000.00 per year
