Experience - The Person Should be well-versed with DCR 2034 Regulations for the development including 33(7),(9),(10),(12).

Job Responsibility - To analyze plot redevelopment's potential as per the prevailing DCR 23 Regulations to Prepare the feasibility report.

Qualification - Arch with 2/3-year experience or surveyor/ Diploma Civil Engineer with 5 years experience in redevelopment projects in MMRC.
