Job Summary:


Responsibilities:


  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' health insurance needs.
  • Explain various health insurance plans, coverage options, and associated costs.
  • Assist clients in understanding policy terms, conditions, and exclusions.
  • Provide personalized recommendations based on clients' healthcare requirements.
  • Collaborate with insurance carriers to stay updated on product offerings and changes.
  • Address client inquiries, concerns, and provide prompt resolution.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and updates affecting health insurance.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and team targets.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Health Insurance Advisor or a similar role.
  • Indepth knowledge of health insurance products, plans, and industry regulations.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze client information and provide tailored insurance solutions.
  • Detailoriented with excellent organizational and timemanagement skills.
  • Proficient in using insurancerelated software and technology.
  • Active insurance licensure in the relevant jurisdiction.

₹15, ₹47,204.61 per month
