Job Description Summary:
The Libraries & Tools team creates and maintains electronic components used by designs across GE Healthcare.

This team is a key pillar for success of GE Healthcare's strategy for Hardware Platforming, helping to enable component reuse, minimize obsolescence risk, and reduce cost.

The Component Engineer provides technology leadership to develop the Global Library of strategic electronic components, used across all products in GE Healthcare.

This role will support in developing an AI tool using NLP to create a process of automatically assigning the SCPA's to appropriate tea member based on his skills & previously owned SCPA assignments.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Knowledge of GE Processes & tools like My Workshop.
Hands on experience for Computer Programming Languages like Python
Developing AI/ML Algorithms using python.
Using statistical analysis, machine learning methods, effective text representation techniques and classification algorithms.
Training and evaluating models.
Comply with GEHC Quality Management System.

Required Qualification

Currently enrolled in Master's program related to Computer science.
Excellent teamwork, verbal and written communication skills.
Selfstarter, energizing, results oriented, and able to multitask
Experience with global & crossfunctional teamwork.
