Job Description:

His job involves meeting contractors, profiling them, identifying a set of contractors that can be adopted for training, professional grooming such that this contractor set becomes recommendable to consumers.
He must track and promote increased business engagement of contractors with Asian Paints.
He will be the single point of contact for all contractor queries, training, site evaluation or onsite technical assistance, and any other relevant requirement.
Each RCA will report to the Focus Product Supervisor + Retail Supervisor in the region.
