- 8 yrs years of Experience in working with prospecting and discovering opportunities
Prior experience in managing and taking lead towards business opportunity and progressing the same in collaboration with Field sales support.
Ability to build and manage the relationship with Sales and Marketing Team to drive the key initiatives
Able to make calls to prospects and have meaningful discussions with the key target audience and identify opportunities as per defined criteria
Experience in managing and talking to different Testing/ Application Heads including but not limited to Test leads, Automation, DevOps Engineers and Architects.
Previous experience in working with IT services provider with Geographies like the US, UK, Europe, and APAC.Previous experience in a similar role as an SDR, BDR, ADR, Inside Sales Rep or similar for a IT service provider or cyber security software provider would be preferred.
Able to keep a track of progress and update the same to Manager and the aligned team members proactively, Able to manage multiple tasks and assignments at handGood understanding of IT solutions
Educational background includes IT or related field
Persistent with the prospecting activities on daily basis
Self-starter and aspirational member, willing to build a career in Sales with world's leading Quality Assurance Company
Coachable and willing to learn and excel in current role
Prior experience of working with CRM to manage all your Leads and Opportunity, preferably Salesforce CRM, Outreach.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience
Minimum 4+ years of phone based selling experience required.
Excellent selling, communication and presentation skills.
Ability to understand the needs of the customer quickly in order to recommend the optimum solution.
Fast learner, team player and professional appearance.
Previous experience in a similar IT position is desirable.
