Position:
Personal Assistant to CEO
Location:
GURGAON, HARYANA
WORKING DAYS - Monday to Friday ( EXCEPT - 1ST SATURDAY IS WORKING)
ENGLISH COMMUNICATION IS MUST.
Responsibilities:

Administrative Support:
- Manage and maintain CEO's schedule, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Coordinate and arrange meetings, conferences, and events.
Information Management:
- Organize and maintain files, records, and confidential information.
- Conduct research and compile data as required for various projects and reports.
- Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports for internal and external use.
Project Coordination:
- Assist in the planning, execution, and followup of special projects and initiatives as assigned by the CEO.
- Collaborate with other departments and team members to ensure timely completion of projects.
Communication Liaison:
- Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, including employees, clients, investors, and partners.
- Relay messages, instructions, and requests accurately and promptly.
- Draft, proofread, and distribute internal and external communications on behalf of the CEO.
Confidentiality and Discretion:
- Maintain the highest level of confidentiality and discretion regarding sensitive information and matters.
- Handle confidential documents and communications with utmost care and professionalism.
Financial Management:
- Manage bill payments and expenses on behalf of the CEO, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Track and reconcile expenses, preparing reports as needed.
- Liaise with accounting or finance department to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Support CEO's Personal Needs:
- Assist with personal tasks and errands as needed, including personal appointments, reservations, and family matters.
Miscellaneous:
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the CEO to support organizational goals and objectives.
Pay:
₹30, ₹40,000.00 per month

- Day shift
