Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute social media optimization strategies to improve brand visibility and drive traffic to our social media channels.
  • Conduct regular analysis and research to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement in social media performance.
  • Create engaging and shareable content for social media platforms, including text, image, and videobased content, and make Social Media Calander.
  • Monitor and respond to user comments, messages, and inquiries on social media platforms in a timely and professional manner.
  • Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, algorithms, and best practices to ensure the effectiveness of our social media presence.
  • Work with crossfunctional teams, including designers and copywriters, to create visually appealing and compelling social media content.
  • Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to identify opportunities for differentiation and innovation in social media strategies.
  • Stay informed about relevant industry events, news, and developments to leverage opportunities for social media engagement.

Requirements:


  • Proven experience as a Social Media Optimization Executive or similar role.
  • Indepth knowledge of various social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc., and increase the followers on these platforms.
  • Familiarity with social media management and analytics tools.
  • Strong understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinking and the ability to generate engaging content ideas.
  • Analytical mindset and ability to interpret data and metrics to drive informed decisions.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.

Salary:
Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
