- time mini VMC Programmer-Operator and 3D CAD designer Full time Job**We are looking for Mechanical/Production engineers who are searching for an opportunity in area of VMC Programming and who can convert ideas into reality.

This job requires part time working
from office and we are looking for Immediate joiners with B.E./Diploma/ITI in Mechanical/Production.

Work Location:
, Dharma Industrial Estate, Gat Number 74-75, Jyotiba Nagar, Talwade, Nigdi,

Pune

Responsibilities:

Study design briefs and determine requirements
Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, drawings, routing instructions, manuals, and specifications.
Design, develop and engineer highquality models using 3D and 2D CAD tools
Use of CAM programming on multiaxis millturn machines.
Determine optimal tooling and cutting parameters based on material and setup.
Understand and implement work holding for manufacturing processes.
Tool Manufacturing/grinding
Plan and execute manufacturing processes individually or as a team
Use of CAD to create part models and geometry as needed.
Create documentation for assembly drawings, Bill of Materials etc.
Develop a standard library of commonly used CAD parts that can be built into a digital toolbox.
Maintain revision and quality control on programs, tool sheets, and setup documentation.
Machining knowledge and strong programming fundamentals

Skills/personal qualities:

Machining knowledge and strong CAM and/or G-CODE programming fundamentals
Ability to ask the right questions efficiently to gain the correct understanding of the assignment.
Training and associated certifications or a degree in CAD/CAM would be preferred
Spatial imagination and methodical understanding
Handson expertise in using various designing software and technologies such as Fusion360, AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Pro E, Catia, Solid Edge, MasterCAM, DelCAM, CAMWorks, SolidCAM,

MS office etc. and flexibility to adopt and learn new tools and technologies

Good Knowledge of Die Mould, Tool Room, Materials and various manufacturing processes, Sheet Metal Production Machining Processes, Machine Tools and Cutting Tools is preferred.
Work individually or as a team on continuous improvement efforts.
Great attendance, a positive attitude, and the ability to work under pressure
Excellent communication skills both Verbal and Written
English and Hindi (Marathi optional), organizational, and interpersonal skills
