As part of our dedication to nurturing talent, we are offering an exciting opportunity for a Video Editor Trainee to join our team and develop their skills in video editing.

As a Video Editor Trainee at Digital Dizney, you will have the opportunity to learn and grow in the field of video editing under the guidance of experienced professionals.

You will work on a variety of projects, including promotional videos, social media content, and client campaigns, gaining hands-on experience in video editing techniques and software tools.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in editing raw footage into engaging and visually appealing videos using video editing software.
Learn to incorporate graphics, animations, music, and other elements to enhance the storytelling and visual impact of videos.
Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm ideas, develop concepts, and plan video projects.
Gain familiarity with different video formats and platforms, optimizing videos for various channels and audiences.
Follow brand guidelines and project specifications to ensure consistency and quality in video content.
Learn to edit and refine audio tracks, including voiceovers, sound effects, and background music.
Assist in organizing and managing video files, assets, and project timelines for efficient workflow.
Learn to edit and deliver videos within project deadlines while maintaining attention to detail and quality standards.
Complete assigned tasks and projects as directed by the supervising video editor or manager.

Requirements:

(We are seeking those applicants who are comfortable with our salary range)

High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Digital Media, or related field is a plus.
Passion for video editing and storytelling, with a desire to learn and develop new skills.
Basic knowledge of video editing software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
Creativity and artistic vision, with the ability to translate ideas into compelling visual stories.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering highquality work.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively.
Eagerness to learn from feedback and take on new challenges.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and project requirements.
Commitment to a traineeship program with a focus on skill development and growth.
Portfolio or examples of previous video editing work (if available) is a plus.
