Job Profile:
Support Executive

1.

Customer support and maintaining cordial relation with prompt after sales service.

2.

Having good telephonic communication skill.

3.

Approval for despatches after verifying PO/ Quotation/ payment terms/ pending payments.

Complaint Management:
The complete process from receiving to resolving. Confirm and achieve customer satisfaction. 5.

Corporate Gifting:
follow up with vendors - generating BOM and Quotation - Arrange despatch for the same. 6.

Management of samples issued to corporates.


Pay:
₹11, ₹30,000.00 per month


Day range:

  • Weekend only

Shift:

  • Day shift

Experience:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
