Job Type:

Role and Responsibilities.

Understand our clients' compliance requirements and stay up to date with each client's compliance regulations.
Knowledge in onboarding specialist and in a similar HR role.
Maintaining the active employees list in the excel sheet as per their pay schedule.
Maintaining the timesheets of the employees.
Approving the timesheets in VMS (Vendor Management System) to get invoiced every week.
Initiate the required screenings through screening companies (Evance, HireRight, Mobile Health, etc.) and follow up with the representatives of those companies in case of reports getting delayed.
Maintaining excel sheets for invoicing the payment to be made for the thirdparty agencies for screenings initiated/completed.
Ability to work with sensitive and confidential information.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong teamwork skills.

Salary:
₹8, ₹35,374.81 per month
