Job Description:
Key Responsibility:
- Supervision of Loading activity of finished goods
- Taking care during the Loading the vehicle,
- Verifying the Vehicle No, Vehicle Cleaning, Vehicle Surface covered with tarpaulin
- Verifying the total case / bag with loading sheet, also location
- Destination wise loading, with 100% accuracy
- Cross verification with security guard about loading bag / carton total.
- ADVT & POP material as per scheme & allocation
- On receipt of vehicle first off all verifying the received vehicle condition lock & seal and
- Verifying total sku's with invoice & slip
- Vehicle place on platform having sufficient space
- Unloading the vehicle with product wise and number wise along with state coding
- On compilation of unloading verifying total case / bags with invoice also with security guard kapat
- Taking inward into the system as per location wise material unloaded
- Giving acknowledge LR copy to concern transporter
- Help to auditor for physical stock verification
- Rearranging stock as per location wise
- Clerical work.
- Stock Audit clearance every Month with external Auditors
- Eway bill preparation
- Report printing
