- Experience with Design for Six Sigma (DFSS) principles, contributing to datadriven design enhancements.
- Ability to deal with simulation tools to analyze and optimize exhaust system component behavior.
- Strong problemsolving skills, analytical thinking, and meticulous attention to detail.
Secondary Skills:
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams.
- Ability to lead and manage the engineering APQP process, ensuring project milestones are met.
