Roles and Responsibilities:

Curriculum Development: Contribute to developing and updating course materials, syllabus, and assessment methods to ensure relevance and effectiveness.**:

Research: Engage in scholarly research activities, publish papers in reputable journals, and collaborate with colleagues and students on research projects.**:

Mentorship: Provide academic and career guidance to students, supervise undergraduate and graduate research projects, and serve as a mentor for aspiring researchers.**:

Service: Participate in departmental and university committees, contribute to academic governance, and engage in outreach activities to promote Biotechnology education and research.**
Qualification:
First Class Bachelors & Masters Degree (M.TECH/M.E) in the discipline with good academic record.

Have previous experience of the practical implementation of the knowledge acquired, with evidences, on the curriculum and program development.
**Experience of guiding the project/dissertation work of under-graduate/post graduate or research students and/or supervising R & D projects.
