Your Role and Responsibilities


The Kyndryl Go-to-Market organization is responsible for roles within Kyndryl like Business Development partners, Sales partners, Account Management, Technical Practice Specialists, etcThe Kyndryl Go-to-Market (GTM) Enablement team supports the transformation and development of the Kyndryl GTM strategy by providing supports for these critical roles within the company.

This specific position is for a learning enablement professional.

The selected individual will develop an understanding of GTM job roles and use that knowledge to design and build learning programs and content that enhance the skills necessary for these roles to achieve key performance indicators and growth.

This is a senior level role.

It will require expertise in designing and leading corporate/global level initiatives, working and influencing senior stakeholders as well as collaborating with various other constituents to build and deploy learning initiatives in support of the GTM organization in Kyndryl.


You will be responsible for:


  • Developing impactful GTM learning programs
  • Design engaging learning experiences for different seniority and expertise levels.
  • Use instructional design expertise to clearly and consistently build programs based upon audience, goals/objectives and company strategy.
  • Design programs that utilize appropriate content and delivery options (custom development or vendorprovided)
  • Have the expertise and mastery necessary to create custom content using available toolsets
(e.g. Articulate)

  • Work in a consultative manner to influence teams across Kyndryl in order to gain consensus and needed support to deploy learning programs
  • Gaining an understanding of GTM roles. Become the focal for the design and development of learning programs for the assigned role(s) you will own.
  • Be a true expert on assigned GTM roles.
  • Develop relationships across organizations and teams to stay aligned with the larger profession and become a principal advisor for the transformational learning programs.
  • Executing, managing and tracking the deployment of learning enablement experiences
  • Develop the deployment plans necessary to launch learning programs globally while driving positive adoption. Adjust plans to address issues encountered.
Measure and report on outcomes. Build tracking and measurements to effectively monitor progress against desired outcomes and objectives. Communicate results and best practices. Iterate with feedback to improve the next version of the learning experience.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Should have more than 10 years of experience in instructional design field and at least five years in the IT services business
  • Instructional Designer Skills
  • Knowledge of instructional design models and theories (ADDIE, Discoverybased learning, Bloom's Taxonomy, etc.)
  • Proficiency in learner analysis and learner evaluation
  • Familiarity with adult learning requirements and other fundamentals behind the way people learn
  • Writing skills and storytelling
  • Graphical design skills
  • Experience with learning content development tools such as Articulate Storyline. Additional technical expertise with supportive technologies like Adobe Creative Cloud Suite.
  • Industry / Role Experience
  • Experience designing, building and deploying global learning programs aligned to stakeholder requirements.
  • Expertise in building learning programs designed around job roles and professions requirements. Knowledge of concepts like an expertise taxonomy and how that data can be used to build content and develop larger programs.
  • Experience within a sales or account management learning organization. Understanding of the types of content and programs required by these unique roles.
  • Background within a services deliveryoriented company.
  • Expected Work Schedule
  • Flexibility to work a hybrid schedule that aligns across key stakeholder time zones in Asia, Europe and Americas
  • Anticipated local time schedule: day starting ~3:30PM
