What you'll be doing:

Understanding operational requirements and to ensure 100% equipment availability to achieve business goal.
Able to work & troubleshoot equipment related issues.
Should have equipment knowledge of Conveyors, rolling equipment, Bag filters, Gear Boxes.
Should have minimum 3 years' experience with Heavy machinery in Maintenance Department.
Maintaining high level of safety standards & implementing onsite for safe operations.

- check the Equipment with regular intervals and monitoring the equipment with daily check with team.

Carrying out maintenance as per SAP PM schedule and its compliance.
Should Have minimum knowledge of CMMS system.
Should have knowledge in rotating equipment spares like Bearings, Belts, Couplings.
RCA & its corrective actions to ensure elimination of repetitive failure.
Continue Focus towards 5S in Respective areas.
Daily & Weekly Checks as per Schedule
