This position will be based at Mumbai and report to the India Head of SD& E team.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop deal execution approach and manage all aspects of client onboarding, documentation and technical implementation for Supply chain and Receivable finance products
  • Provide innovative solutions and proactively addresses the needs of customers by leveraging experience and market knowledge to drive valueadded dialogue.
  • Proactively engage with Product and Sales on planning and prioritization decisions for pipeline implementation.
  • Manage the negotiation and execution of agreements and documentation with the client and internal coordination with relevant J.P. Morgan functional teams.
  • Manage the client facing frontend system delivery, system testing and setup ensuring all implementation tasks are completed on schedule.
  • Monitor and manage projects on an ongoing basis, evaluating progress and quality, managing issue resolution process and taking corrective action as necessary
  • Proactively identify risks and control issues, bring the appropriate resources together, and manage the design and implementation of solutions, decision making, and risk mitigation
Required Qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of Trade Finance products or relevant experience in banking with strong working knowledge of India legal & regulatory framework pertaining to Factoring.
  • Experience in managing Supply chain and Receivable finance implementation or backoffice team or with Product management will be added advantage.
  • Experience in collaborating with client facing teams, technology, operation, service, risk, compliance and legal teams and command strong influencing skills.
  • Proven strategic thinker and creative problem solver, capable of developing innovative and differentiated solutions.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Selfmotivated & confident decisionmaker with the ability to demonstrate leadership, challenging and influencing change where necessary.
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail required
