Job Description -
Strategic Planning
ð Driving the zone's short-term and long-term sales targets along with other objectives in the business plan.
ð Involving in business planning for the zone and analysing for assessment of revenue potential in business.
ð Analysing business potential and implementing plans to drive sales, supplement turnover and achieve desired targets.
Business Development
ð Conducting competitor analysis by keeping abreast of market trends and competitor moves to achieve market share metrics
ð Monitoring credit control and following credit policies.
Team Management
ð Led and monitored the performance of the sales team to ensure efficiency in operations and meeting individual & group targets.
Channel Management / Inventory
ð Putting in place the right mix of channel partners to optimally reach the retail outlet universe, handling channel partner grievances and improving performance metrics.
Inventory Control
ð Supporting the supply chain team with robust sales forecasts to ensure continuous availability of all SKUs. Also, supporting the logistics team to ensure the timely delivery of sales orders.
Brand Development & Marketing Initiatives:
ð Framing and implementing strategies for establishing a greater awareness of Anmol's products in association with the marketing team.
ð Successfully launching new products in the market for the long-term growth prospects of the organization.
ð Building brand focus in conjunction with operational requirements and devising various sales promotion schemes for retailers.
ð Utilizing market feedback & personal network to develop marketing intelligence for monitoring the competitive landscape.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Must be detailoriented, organized, and consistent with customer followup.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
- Ability to work efficiently in a team as well as independently.
- Experience with highvalue sales is a plus.
Qualification
Any graduate or post-graduate with 5-6 years of experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
