Customer Support Engineer - 12LPA - Bangalore ( US Process)
Btech / BE graduates only. (Electrical & Electronics graduates Preferred)

Minimum 2+ years of experience in any international voice process.

Excellent communication in English is a must.

(Opening for French language customer support engineer too)

Notice Period Max 30 Days

Inside Sales Specialist - 8LPA - Pondicherry (UK Process)
Any Graduates ( residing in Pondicherry or near by towns preferred)

Minimum 1+ years of experience in any sales.

Excellent communication in English is a must. ( Hindi is added advantage)

Immediate joiners or Max 15 Days

Service Desk MS Exchange - 6LPA - Hyderabad & Bangalore
Minimum 2yrs expereince in any of the below platform.

Qualification BE/B.Tech/BCA/MCA/BSc(CS)/MSc(CS) only

Good knowledge and **Admin level experience Active directory, Microsoft exchange

Experience on Rave or DFM or
Service now or Remedy or Control M or similar ticketing tool with knowledge of ticket priority, severity.

Excellent communication

Difference between service request & incidents
Aware about the SLA/Metrics handled.
