THE OPPORTUNITY:_
The role of the
RETAIL SALES_
EXECUTIVE _generating leads, making cold calls, meeting sales targets through assigned dealers.
Reporting to the _
PRODUCT MANAGER_ _
, _you will Building on the new customer network and strengthening the existing base with strong account management within _
Automall.

ROLE ALLOWS YOU TO_
Ø Responsible for day to day sourcing of inventory _(Saleable stock at right reserve price)_ from assigned dealerships or branches of decentralized captive finance company in the location
Ø Shall coordinate with respective Automall managers for scheduling Physical Bidding events at Automalls and with SAMIL logistics support for shifting the stock to SAMIL yard or for conducting such event(s) at dealership point / neutral location against assured sizeable inventory from consigner.
Ø To ensure - proper valuation, vehicle documents and all essential details (Including pictures and video) of saleable vehicles are captured using various Apps and tools for efficient disposal through Physical / Online means
Ø Shall visit assigned dealerships on daily basis and any other client as guided by seniors
Ø Shall develop and maintain strong relationship with existing dealership's sales manager for ensuring perpetuity of saleable inventory flow and ensuring zero leakage of SAMIL buyers to any dealership account handled
Ø To share DSR with AM and SPH/PM compulsorily on daily basis for tracking business contribution Automall wise.
Ø Shall coordinate with the counterpart in Demand team and/or Automall manager for ensuring maximum conversion against stock sourced for the particular Automall(s)
Ø Weekly & Monthly evaluation of Target versus Achievement (after conversion/fulfilment) by SPH shall be Automall wise

YOU WILL BRING IN_
Ø Experience of over 2 years in building relationship in Preowned Vehicle sector
Ø Existing network of contacts in Preowned Vehicle segment with in the assigned territory.
Ø Competences:
-
FUNNEL MANAGEMENT:_Cold Calling, Generating leads, Building Prospects, Sales.

SELLING SKILLS:
Deal closing, Forecasting, Customer Relationship Management ,_

KNOWLEDGE :_PREOWNED VEHICLE segment and sector.
Ø You should be relentlessly driven to seek new business.
Ø Strong presentation, strategic thinking and closing skills.
Need to on-board dealers
Procurement of vehicles
Onboard the buyers
Participate in Auctions
Tracks results of auction purchases
Develops and maintains outside sources (wholesalers and retailers) for both buying and selling units.
Handles customer complaints immediately and according to dealership's guidelines.
Attends managers meetings.
Maintains professional appearance.
Experience - Min 2 years
Automobile Sales Background Only
Qualification:
- Graduation is a must
Salary:
₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
