THE ROLE

OPPORTUNITES

Production live customer support & Troubleshooting skills
Ability to execute on most tasks with mínimal customer outage windows.
Help automate and streamline our operations and processes.
Installation of Linux servers and server hardening.
Deliver on the committed SLA's to the internal and external customers
Drive process compliance and improvements within the teams
Troubleshoot and resolve issues in our production environments, assisting in the development and test environments when needed

REQUIREMENTS

Ability to use a wide variety of open source technologies and cloud services (experience in AWS is a MUST).
Background in Linux/Unix Administration (MUST).
Intermediate knowledge on scripting with bash, perl or python(Good to have)
Understanding of IP address classes and managing the routes.
Good knowledge on installation and configuration and support of Tomcat,
Familiar with performance tuning and enable security restrictions.
Good knowledge on hardware or software load balancers.
Strong troubleshooting skills.
Ability to Work from Office (Hybrid working 3 days from office and 2 days from home)
