Description
Diligently execute the day-to-day store operations

Greet and handle walk-in customers with enthusiasm

Oversee and ensure the store display is in excellent condition at all times

Communicate product features, benefits, usage and unique selling points clearly to address the customer needs

Provide exceptional customer service and strengthen their connection to the brand

Collaborate productively and respectively with customers, team members and supervisors


Requirements:

Bachelor's degree with/ without experience

Previous experience in beauty/cosmetic field is preferred but not mandatory

Good communication and fluency in English and Tamil.

Confident presentation skills Knowledge of retail management best practices

Ability to work in highly competitive and fast-paced environments


Job Types:
Full-time, Regular / Permanent


Salary:
₹12, ₹15,000.00 per month
