Department Overview:


Wholesale Lending Operations within I&P sits under the CB/CIB business vertical supporting Commercial Banking business across number of key operational activities covering the entire client life cycle.

The team undertakes variety of operations within CB namely Lending Fulfillment, Lending Servicing, Collateral Management, Shared Operations, Trade Finance operations, and shared services activities such as reconciliations, change management, technical procedure writing and access management.

The operations covers all stages of client lifecycle including onboarding and ongoing maintenance and involves deal closing, financial statement spread, cash management, account onboarding & management, customer service, collateral management, documents preparation & management and collections.

These operations support all Commercial Banking business i.e., Business Banking Group, Middle Market, Commercial Capital, Trade Finance, Treasury Management and Payments Solutions.


Role Context:


The individual will be expected to have solid experience working as a Project Manager or Coordinator, collaborating with the project team, business partners, stakeholders, and project leads to achieve project goals and established timelines.


Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in Project Management and coordination activities, knowledge of project management methodologies like Agile and Waterfall
  • Coordinate project activities, project plans, planning sessions, weekly reporting, and related change management activities
  • Ability to prepare reports, governance documents, metrics, and presentation materials for various levels of leadership
  • Advanced skills in MS-Office Suite (Specifically excel / PowerPoint), Confluence and JIRA
  • Design and develop operational, management and executive reports utilizing tools such as Tableau and Power BI
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills. Able to communicate clearly and concisely
  • Ability to be flexible and adjust plans quickly to meet changing business needs
  • Knowledge of financial products and services, as well as regulatory requirements, is a plus
