Safety Officer - Pune, India - Raichandani Group
Description
Need 3 to 5 yrs of experience in Real estate( Res. & commercial) only- Develope and implement safety policies and procedures accordance to Project & safety law
- Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify and address hazardous conditions and equipment
- Investigate accidents and incidents to determine causes and recommend corrective actions
- Develop and deliver safety training programs for employees & labour
- Provide guidance and support to employees & labour on safetyrelated issues and concerns
- Plan, lead, and participate in job site safety meetings.
- Follow up with subcontractor representatives to ensure proper disciplinary procedures.
- Conduct periodic safety inspections on all job sites to ensure safety procedures are in place
- **BE/BTech/Diploma
Pay:
₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
