Position Overview:
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building and maintaining strong relationships through regular communication and engagement.
- Understand clients' needs, objectives, and challenges, and proactively identify opportunities to add value and address their concerns.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products/services and resolution of client issues, acting as a liaison between clients and internal stakeholders.
- Conduct regular client meetings and presentations to provide updates on project status, discuss progress, and gather feedback.
- Collaborate with sales teams to identify new business opportunities and expand existing accounts through upselling and crossselling initiatives.
- Prepare and present proposals, contracts, and pricing agreements to clients, negotiating terms and terms and conditions as needed to secure contracts.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate client satisfaction, retention, and profitability, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities, providing insights and recommendations to clients to help them stay ahead of the curve.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements in all client interactions and business activities.
- Provide timely and accurate reporting to management on client status, revenue forecasts, and business development initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in client servicing, account management, or sales roles, preferably in a [industry or sector] environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and colleagues.
- Excellent negotiation and problemsolving abilities, with a focus on delivering solutions that meet clients' needs and objectives.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities and deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) for managing client interactions and tracking sales activities.
- Detailoriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality in client communications and documentation.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of financial principles and metrics related to client profitability and revenue growth.
- Positive attitude, resilience, and adaptability to navigate challenges and setbacks in client relationships.
Salary:
₹20, ₹38,430.55 per month
