  • Job Responsibilities:
  • 1.Managing Reception and direct visitors to the appropriate person and office.
  • 2.Attending daily calls.
  • 3.Connecting the calls to the concerned person/ department.
  • 4.Coordination with the customers 6.Maintaining daily records and details.
  • 7.Entries on the systems and excel.
  • 8.Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
  • 9.Plan, coordinate and manage all administrative procedures and systems
  • 10.Allocate responsibilities and office space
  • 11.Assess staff performance
  • 12.Provide coaching and guidance to ensure maximum efficiency
