About the Role:

As an Online Bidder (BDE ), you will be responsible for generating business opportunities through online bidding platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, and others.

You will play a key role in identifying and pursuing new projects, building relationships with clients, and negotiating contracts.

Responsibilities:

Identify and assess potential business opportunities on online bidding platforms.
Prepare and submit compelling proposals and bids to clients.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and requirements.
Negotiate terms and conditions of contracts to ensure favorable outcomes for both parties.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for expanding our client base.

Requirements:

Strong understanding of online bidding platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, etc.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to create persuasive and professional proposals and bids.
Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration

Job Types:

Salary:
₹20, ₹40,000.00 per month
