Principal QUADS, Data Visualization

About the role:


We are seeking a highly skilled
Principal, QUADS (Data Visualization) specializing in static or interactive data visualization that enhances client experience.

As a member of Quantitative Innovation team, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand, analyze and transform complex data into actionable, visually intuitive narratives that effectively support and communicate our data insight-driven research.


What you will do:


  • Interpret data trends/patterns and present the findings in a way that is easy to understand.
  • Design industryleading data visualizations (static or interactive) based on an understanding of common and more finegrained data visualization/representation challenges.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary project teams to understand their communication needs and assist in the conceptualization and creation of onbrand design solutions.
  • Drive creativity in data visualization design, ensuring that our visual solutions resonate with our audience and deliver excellent customer journeys.
  • Tell compelling stories through data, using visualizations to communicate key insights and findings.
  • Stay uptodate with the latest trends and best practices in data visualization.
  • Operate with a noprojecttoosmall mentality.

What you will need:


  • Master's degree, ideally in a discipline closely related to data visualization.
  • 5+ years of experience with a focus on data analytics and visualization.
  • Experience in Data Analytics Tools (Power BI, Tableau), Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel), Google Workspace (Slides, Sheets), and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
  • Demonstrated ability to understand and visually depict complex business topics; experience in translating data into compelling infographics.
  • Experience with designing compelling visual assets, multipage documents like ebooks, sales collateral, presentations, etc.
  • Proven experience delivering data visualization, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
  • Strong understanding of graphic design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a crossfunctional team environment.
  • Passion for beautiful visual designs and storytelling through data.
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple projects.
