Job Overview:

Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive consultations with clients to understand their aesthetic concerns, goals, and expectations.
Educate clients about various cosmetic treatments, procedures, and skincare products offered at the clinic.
Provide personalized recommendations tailored to each client's unique needs and preferences.
Discuss treatment options, benefits, risks, and expected outcomes with clients in a clear and compassionate manner.
Address client inquiries, concerns, and objections effectively to build trust and confidence.
Coordinate scheduling of appointments and followup consultations according to the clinic's availability and client preferences.
Perform financial closing of patients, including discussing treatment costs, payment options, and handling transactions.
Maintain accurate and uptodate client records, including treatment plans, consent forms, and progress notes.
Achieve sales targets set by the clinic management to contribute to the clinic's revenue growth.
Be wellversed with skin and hair equipment and therapy to effectively communicate treatment options to clients.

Location:
Hauz Khas, Delhi

Clinic Hours: 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM (Wednesday off)

Experience:

Minimum 1 year of experience in the skin and hair industry as a counselor.
