Customer Service Associate

Location:
Powai, Chandivali (Andheri East)

Requirements:

Fresher or experienced both are welcome:


  • Language to be known Hindi/ English:
  • Responsible to make outbound calls to potential customers from provided lists or databases.
  • Introduce our products or services, explain their features, and answer any questions from customers
  • Identify and qualify leads through proactive calling efforts.
  • Gather relevant information from leads and update CRM systems accordingly.
  • Good customer interaction and selling skills

Pay:
₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
