Resolving Issues:
Assisting customers in resolving issues or complaints they may have with products or services, ensuring a satisfactory resolution.

Providing Information: Offering product or service information to customers, including features, pricing, availability, and promotions.

Processing Orders: Handling order processing, including taking orders, processing payments, and coordinating shipping or delivery.

Technical Support: Providing basic technical support to customers who may be experiencing issues with products or services.

Escalating Complex Issues: Escalating unresolved or complex issues to higher levels of support or management for resolution.

Maintaining Records: Documenting customer interactions, transactions, inquiries, and complaints accurately in the company's CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.

Customer Feedback: Gathering and documenting customer feedback to help improve products, services, and overall customer experience.

Training and Development: Participating in ongoing training and development programs to stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and customer service best practices.


Pay:
₹20, ₹35,000.00 per month
