Location: Pune, IN - 100% Remote

  • Hands on experience with HCM Data Loader (HDL), Fast Formulas, HCM Extract, BI Publisher, Integration Cloud Service, PaaS/DaaS/JaaS, Analytics Cloud
  • General understanding of business practice concepts in your domain
  • Track record of building longlasting relationships with your clients
  • 2 full life cycle Oracle HCM Cloud implementations

TECHNICAL
  • HCM, OTL and BENEFITS:
  • Ability to understand fundamental system design and purpose.
  • Ability to engage effectively at the business and technical level.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Understanding of project implementation methodologies
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of challenges commonly faced by client and implementation teams.
  • Ability to work well autonomously and in a team environment.
  • Selfmotivated and able to plan work effort and manage priorities.
