JOB Role
- Attend to guests courteously and deal promptly with their requests and queries. Collecting guest feedback forms.
JOB Description
- Welcome guests during checkin and giving a fond farewell to guest while checkout.
- Handling guest complaints and concerns in an efficient and timely manner.
- Coordinating and multitasking job duties in a busy environment.
- Providing excellent customer service as per standards.
- Maintain upto date information on Park rates, current promotions, offers and packages & facilities.
- Collect Guest feedback during guest departure along with his likes and dislikes.
- Should be able to handle all guests without prejudice.
- Adhere to strict staff grooming and hygienestandards.
- Good command of the English language is essential, both written and verbal
- Must possess strong organization time management skills, attention to detail.
- Must be guest service focused and a team player.
- Must be able to work shifts days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
Qualification(s)
- Intermediate (or ) Any Graduate.
Experience
- 13 Yrs of experience in Hospitality / Customer Service Industry.
Salary
Salary:
₹18, ₹20,000.00 per month
