Responsibilities:


Reward Modules Optimization/Deployment:


  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective configurations within SAP SuccessFactors Reward modules.
  • Lead the design, implementation, optimization and documentation of Reward Management processes, including but not limited to Variable pay & Compensation.

Continuous Improvement:


  • Monitor system performance and proactively identify opportunities for improvement, automation, and innovation within SuccessFactors Reward modules.
  • Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends in Reward Management to recommend and implement enhancements.

Release Management:


  • Manage quarterly releases of SAP SuccessFactors, staying informed about new features and enhancements.
  • Assess the impact of new releases on existing configurations and processes, ensuring a smooth transition and optimal utilization of the latest functionalities.

Cross-functional Collaboration:


  • Work closely with HRIS team members (Client and other consultants), and key business stakeholders to align Reward processes with overall business objectives.
  • Provide technical support and training to IT key users, ensuring the effective utilization of SuccessFactors Reward modules.

Consultancy posture:


  • Maintain a consultancy posture by actively engaging with business users to understand their evolving needs and challenges.
  • Propose and advocate for the implementation of new functionalities and features that align with HR processes and strategic objectives.
  • Lead technical recommendations to challenge current use of tools and make the most of them to cope with business needs and stakes.

Qualifications:


Experience:


  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Reward module (Compensation & Variable pay) implementation and optimization.
  • Proven track record of successfully deploying Reward Management features in largescale organizations (100,000+ employees).

Certifications:


  • SAP SuccessFactors Certification in Compensation & Variable pay modules.

Skills:


  • Indepth knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Reward modules, including but not limited to Variable pay & Compensation.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
  • Excellent project management skills and familiarity with agile methodologies.

Communication:


  • Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
