Andheri East


Working days:
Monday to Saturday (
Sunday Off).

Working Time: 9 am to 6 pm.


Experience:

Fresher to Max. 2 Year.


Job Descriptions:


  • No rotational shift. Only General/Morning Shift.

Industry- Any / Medical / Healthcare / Hospitals / Pharma.


Functional Area- Patient Counselling / Patient Co-Ordination / Patient Communication / Patient Care / Patient Relation / Patient Associate.


Responsibilities and Duties:


  • To receive and deliver messages accurately and completely.
  • To guide and counsel patients according to their queries.
  • Answer / Make calls / work on queues as required.
  • Understand customer queries / request and act accordingly.
