Description

We are seeking a motivated Operations Intern to join our Key Accounts Department.

This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in operations management, customer relations, and key account management within a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Assist in daytoday operations tasks, including data entry, file management, and document preparation.
Collaborate with team members to support key account management activities, such as client communication and project coordination.
Compile and analyze data using Microsoft Excel to generate reports and insights for decisionmaking.
Prepare engaging PowerPoint presentations for internal meetings and client presentations.
Assist in identifying process improvements and implementing efficiencyenhancing initiatives.
Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external clients to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services.
Support the department in various administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a deadlinedriven environment.
Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
Previous internship or work experience in operations or customer service is a plus.
