Job Description - Responsibilities:


  • Address user tickets regarding hardware, software, and networking
  • Proficient in computer operating systems such as Mac, Linux, and Windows
  • Knowledge of network security practices and antivirus programs
  • Basic knowledge on Switch, Router and Firewall functionalities.
  • Assist users with account creation AD, password resets, and basic software/hardware troubleshooting.
  • Assist with basic hardware tasks, including replacing faulty components and setting up workstations.
  • Inventory management and tracking of hardware assets.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.
  • Update documentation as changes are made to IT systems.
  • Follow security policies and procedures to maintain the integrity and confidentiality of data.
  • Assist in implementing basic security measures, such as antivirus updates and firewall rules.
  • Work collaboratively with senior system administrators and IT team members to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Participate in team meetings and knowledgesharing sessions.
  • Tracking and managing work records.

Salary:
₹150, ₹300,000.00 per year
