Job Description:

Responsibilities:

Client Consultation:
Conduct consultations with prospective clients to assess their eligibility and requirements for permanent residency.
Provide clear and comprehensive information on permanent residency processes, requirements, and documentation.

Application Preparation:
Compile and organize supporting documentation, including employment records, educational credentials, and financial statements.

Legal Compliance:
Stay up-to-date on immigration policies, laws, and regulations relevant to permanent residency.

Case Management:
Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

Client Relationship Management:
Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive client experience.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (such as Immigration Law, International Relations, etc.).
Proven experience as an immigration consultant, with a focus on permanent residency.
In-depth knowledge of permanent residency processes, requirements, and regulations.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Familiarity with immigration software and tools.
