Description
1. Calling for feedback and providing information about services and campaigns.- Keeping records of feedback, inquiries, complaints, comments, suggestions, etc.
- Handling complaints and providing appropriate solutions and alternatives, within the time limits.
- Referring unresolved grievances or requests to the designated person/department.
- Following up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers' requests or complaints.
Salary:
₹15, ₹20,000.00 per month
